SHREEYA KANOJI · SENSORS × SIGNAL PROCESSING

Hi! I'm
Shreeya.

Between sensor & signal.

I design, calibrate, and validate sensing and imaging systems, from transducer physics to signal processing, and test them against bench data and published ground truth.

01 / THE THROUGHLINE

Different sensors.
The same discipline.

I start at the transducer.
I stay for the ground truth.

I'm a first-year Electronics & Communication Engineering student focused on sensor systems and signal chains. I design, calibrate, and validate sensing and imaging systems, from transducer physics and illumination hardware through digital signal processing.

My projects span ultrasound tomography for amyloid plaque, a multispectral blood smear scanner, NV-diamond magnetometry, and a spiking-network simulator of subthalamic LFPs, each measured against bench data or published ground truth.

I take projects from simulation to validation on real data, with automated tests and honest benchmarks. Right now I'm building the scanner hardware, profiling CUDA kernels, and learning digital logic and Verilog.

One discipline. Many signals.

THE SHORT VERSION

I work across the whole chain.

Sensor physics. Signal processing. Validation that holds up against ground truth.

03 / THE TOOLKIT

EVERYTHING I WORK WITH, IN ONE PLACE.

Languages, tools & methods.

Every technical skill from my projects and résumés, grouped by where it sits in the signal chain. Dashed outlines mark what I'm still learning.

04 / THE SKILL POOL

EVERY CONNECTION LEADS TO WORK.

Skills with a paper trail.

A method becomes useful when it travels between projects.

05 / EXPERIENCE → CAPABILITY

A role is the context.
The work is the evidence.

Open an investigation, or follow a skill into the pool above. Roles overlap; each adds a different way of approaching the problem.

LEARNING IN A COHORT, TOO

NEUROGATI at IIT Madras (full scholarship): a 12-week program in Python, neuroscience and mathematical modeling, capped by a 5-week collaborative research project and a symposium presentation.

06 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE SIGNAL

HONESTY IS THE THROUGHLINE, TOO.

A person.
Not just a prediction.

I like systems where the physics, the signal chain and the data all have to agree. I would rather find the flaw in my own result than let someone else find it.

Every project here is checked against bench data or published ground truth, and says plainly where its claim stops.

Measure the system. Report the truth.

STILL CURIOUS

What else can we hear
when we learn to listen?

LET'S BUILD WHAT'S NEXT

A good connection
starts with hello. ↗
